摘要
分析了原有风机风量调整伺服缸试验装置存在的无法模拟伺服缸高速旋转缺陷,设计了一种可实现模拟风机高速旋转工况的新型电液伺服缸试验装置,对原有机械结构和液压系统进行了改进设计,能够较好地满足产品试验的需要。
This paper analyzes the defects of the original fan air volume adjustment servo cylinder test device that cannot simulate the high speed rotation of the servo cylinder. A new electro-hydraulic servo cylinder test device that can simulate the high speed rotation condition of the fan is designed. The improved design of the hydraulic system can better meet the needs of product testing.
