摘要 针对油田现场应用的螺杆泵配泵合格率低和螺杆泵在出厂过程中出现部分不合格产品,以及井上返厂的螺杆泵转子表面经常出现磨损、镀层脱落等状况,开展了螺杆泵转子再制造技术研究。通过采用镍基碳化钨冶金粉末修复,使再制造后的转子性能达到甚至超过原转子,并且再制造螺杆泵转子的成本仅有原电镀转子的50%,不但为企业清理了积压的库存,节省了成本,还为螺杆泵在油田的推广应用打下坚实基础。 In view of the low qualified rate of the Progressing Cavity Pump(PCP) matching used in the oil field, resulting in some unqualified products in the delivery process of PCP, at the same time, the rotor surface of the PCP returned to the factory on the well often appears wear, coating dechromation and other conditions, this paper researches on the remanufacturing technology of the PCP rotor. The rotor performance after remanufacturing can reach or exceed that of the original rotor through repairing with nickel based tungsten carbide metallurgical powder. Moreover, the cost of remanufacturing rotor is only 50% of that of the original electroplated rotor, which not only clears up the overstocked inventory for the enterprise, saves the raw materials, but also lays a solid foundation for the promotion and application of the PCP in oilfield.
