摘要
提出一种新的变流器的安装方式,即悬臂梁的安装方式。研究了悬臂梁结构的可行性及抗疲劳设计,借助结构仿真对悬臂梁结构进行抗疲劳设计和结构优化,并成功工程化应用,最后对生产出的悬臂梁柜体进行长寿命试验考核,达到目标要求。通过该成功案例,总结提炼出悬臂梁抗疲劳设计的要点,为后续悬臂梁设计提供思路和参考。
A new installation method of the converter is proposed, that is, a cantilever beam installation method. This paper mainly explores the feasibility and anti-fatigue design of the cantilever beam structure. With the help of structural simulation, the anti-fatigue design and structural optimization of the cantilever beam structure are carried out and successfully applied in engineering. The long-life test of the produced cantilever cabinet is performed to meet the target requirements. Through this successful case, the main points of anti-fatigue design of the cantilever beam are summarized and refined, which provide ideas and reference for the subsequent cantilever beam design.
