自行车旋转停车架结构设计

摘要 针对老旧小区自行车停车秩序问题,同时避免破坏老旧小区已有环境,提出了一种自行车停车架方案,可满足自行车停取需求,介绍了停车架旋转装置、固定装置、传动装置和支撑装置的结构。目前,该停车架已投入使用,各系统均能正常工作,原有停放6辆自行车的场地,现可停放24辆自行车,空间利用率提高3倍。此外,该停车架还具有结构简单、操作便捷、安全可靠、制造成本低等特点,故可广泛用于小区、商场等场地有限的公共场所。 Aiming at the problem of bicycle parking order in old residential areas and avoiding destroying the existing environment of old residential areas, a bicycle parking frame scheme is proposed, which can meet the demand of bicycle parking. The structural design of the rotating device, fixing device, transmission device and supporting device of the parking frame is introduced. At present, the parking rack has been put into use, and all the systems can work normally. Six bicycle parking sites are originally used, and 24 bicycles can now be parked. The utilization rate of space increases three times. In addition, the parking rack has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient operation, safety and reliability,low manufacturing cost, etc. So it can be widely used in public places with limited space, such as residential areas,shopping malls and so on.
