一种飞机上吊装用拉杆安装结构设计

摘要 针对飞机上二级结构的吊装安装难点提出了一种拉杆安装结构,采用此结构进行安装可以调整被安装件的安装高度和安装角度,避免了完全刚性连接的问题,有效降低了装配难度,同时提高了整体强度,通过计算和仿真对其进行有效设计,并通过试验摸底说明了其强度合理性。 This paper proposes a tie rod mounting structure for the difficult installation of the secondary structure on the aircraft. Using this structure for installation can adjust the mounting height and angle of the mounted parts, avoiding the problem of completely rigid connections, and effectively reducing assembly difficulty while increasing overall strength. It is effectively designed through calculation and simulation, and its strength is justified through experiments.
