涉农企业员工敬业度提升的策略研究

摘要 涉农企业的健康发展,是实现农业现代化和加快农村繁荣的重要支撑力量。令人遗憾的是,相当部分涉农企业员工敬业度不高,制约着企业发展,已成为亟待破解的难题。本文阐述涉农企业员工敬业度的内涵和特征,继而从个人因素、工作特征、组织环境三个视角分析了提升涉农企业员工敬业度的策略。
