摘要
基于有限元分析软件对某种地铁车辆构架的三维模型进行了超常工况下的静强度计算,发现构架牵引拉杆座模型有较严重的结构问题,无法满足设计要求。文章基于计算结果和设计经验进行模型优化,优化后再次使用有限元分析软件进行复验计算,并进行了试验验证,使牵引拉杆座的优化方案达到预想设计效果。
Based on the finite element analysis software, the static strength of the three-dimensional model of a metro vehicle frame under abnormal working conditions was calculated. It was found that there were serious structural problems in the model of frame traction rod seat, which can not meet the requirements of the design. Based on the calculation results and design experience, the model was optimized. After optimization, the finite element analysis software was used again to recheck the calculation, and the test was carried out, which verified that the optimization scheme of the traction rod seat achieved the expected design effect.
