柚皮苷及其苷元柚皮素的呼吸系统药理作用研究概述

An overview of pharmacological actions of naringin and its aglycone naringenin on respiratory diseases

柚皮苷及其苷元柚皮素属于二氢黄酮类化合物,广泛存在于各类植物或各种中药中,具有多种生物活性,包括抗炎、抗氧化、改善糖脂代谢紊乱、神经保护、抗肝损伤、抗骨质疏松等。近年来,关于柚皮苷和柚皮素的呼吸系统药理作用备受关注。本团队系统研究了柚皮苷和柚皮素的镇咳、祛痰、抗肺部炎症等药理作用,并将柚皮苷研制成国家一类新药,目前已完成了Ⅰ期临床试验研究。本文就柚皮苷和柚皮素的镇咳、祛痰、抗肺部炎症、抗肺纤维化等呼吸系统药理作用的研究进展做一综述,以期为相关研究和临床应用提供参考。

Naringin and its aglycone naringenin are common dihydroflavonoids existed in various plants and Chinese herbal medicines.Both compounds are found to possess a wide range of biological activities,including anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation,improving metabolic syndrome,neuroprotection,anti-hepatic injury,anti-osteoporosis,etc. In recent years,the pharmacological effects of naringin and naringenin in respiratory diseases have received much attention.Our group have systematically investigated the therapeutic efficacies of naringin and naringenin on antitussive,expectorant,anti-pulmonary inflammation,and further developed naringin into a national first-class drug.At present,phase I clinical trial of naringin has been completed.This article attempted to summarize the research progress of pharmacological effects of naringin and naringenin in respiratory diseases,including antitussive,expectorant,anti-pulmonary inflammation and anti-pulmonary fibrosis,with a view to provide reference for related research and clinical application.
