基于工厂化流水线作业的智能台车结构设计与受力分析

摘要 为解决传统电力管沟预制施工效率低的问题,采用智能台车将各施工区域有机串联,实现高效的工厂化流水线作业。进行智能台车设计,形成可快速安装与拆卸的整体式内、外钢模板支撑体系和智能闭合循环移动控制系统。利用有限元软件进行智能台车的数值建模与受力分析,通过与现场测试数据进行比较,验证了智能台车结构设计的合理性。 In order to solve the problem of low efficiency in the precast construction of traditional electric power pipes and ditches,the intelligent trolley traction method is adopted to connect each construction area in series,so as to realize efficient factory assembly line operation.The intelligent trolley is designed to form an integrated internal and external steel formwork support system and an intelligent closed circulation movement control system that can be quickly installed and disassembled.The numerical modeling analysis of the intelligent trolley is carried out by using the finite element software,and the rationality of the structure design of the intelligent trolley is verified by comparing with the field test data.
