摘要
BIM在施工阶段应用中,不可避免会出现工程量计算不准确以及模型数据丢失等问题。而IFC标准的图形驱动特点会限制我国BIM技术当下的发展。要改变这种方式,我们需要以构件数据模型为切入,让数据驱动,使数据存储与工程应用软件分离。通过数据驱动模型,我们能够较大程度提高BIM在施工阶段的应用水平。
In the application of construction phase,BIM would inevitably cause the problems such as the inaccurate calculation of project quantity and missing of the model data in construction phase.Moreover,the graphics driving characteristics of IFC standard can restrict the current development of BIM technology in China.To change this situation,we need start with the component data model,driven by the data,separate the data storage from the engineering application software.Therefore,through data driven model,we can increasingly improve the BIM application level in the contraction phase.
