基于BIM技术的装配式建筑企业服务平台搭建的探讨

Discussion on the Construction of Service Platform for Assembled Construction Enterprises Based on BIM Technology

目前,住建部和科技部已经联合进行三批国家智慧城市的试点,政府鼓励和扶持政策密集出台,“互联网+建筑业”步伐加快,推动建筑业信息化和产业化的发展。生产关系和生产力的配合,推动生产方式的发展,现代工业技术与BIM技术结合,推进建筑建造方式的重大变革。本文通过分析装配式建筑的特点,结合目前BIM技术在装配式建筑领域的应用。对装配式建筑在建筑商业化、产业化发展中遇到的问题进行分析。探讨在装配式建筑与BIM技术结合形成的数据中心和集成中心的基础上,配合互联网平台,进行信息交换和对接,形成装配式建筑的电子商务平台。

At present,Ministry of housing and construction and Ministry of science and technology of the people's Republic of China have jointly carried out pilot projects for three batches of national smart cities.The encouraging and supporting policies are made by the government and the pace of“Internet plus construction”is accelerating,which promote the development of information and industrialization of construction industry.The cooperation of production relationship and productivity will promote the development of production mode,the combination of modern industrial technology and BIM technology will promote the significant reform of construction mode.This paper analyzes of the characteristics of prefabricated buildings and the application of BIM technology in the field of prefabricated buildings,the problems of the development of commercialization and industrialization of prefabricated buildings were discussed.Based on the data center and integration center formed by the combination of assembly building and BIM Technology,this paper discusses how to form the e-commerce platform of assembly building by cooperation with the internet platform for information exchange and docking.
