国有建筑企业监督工作的问题及对策研究

Analysis on the Problems and Countermeasures Existing in the Supervision of State-owned Construction Enterprises

监督,是深化纪检监察体制改革后,摆在国有建筑业企业纪检监察职责的首要位置,是纪检监察部门的主要工作任务,所拥有的重要性不言而喻。充分发挥监督的“探头”作用,能够精准发现存在的问题,形成强有力的震慑效应,更好地展现“惩前毖后、治病救人”的方针。本文针对目前国有建筑业企业在监督工作中存在的实际问题,提出了加强监督的途径举措。

Supervision is placed in the primary position of the discipline inspection and supervision duties of state-owned construction enterprises after deepening the reform of the discipline inspection and supervision system.And it is the main task of the discipline inspection and supervision department.Taking full advantage of the“probe”role of supervision,which can accurately detect existing problems,form a strong deterrent effect,and better demonstrate the principle of“learn from past mistakes to avoid future ones,treating the disease and saving people”.Aiming at the practical problems existing in the supervision work of the state-owned construction enterprises,this paper proposes ways and means to strengthen supervision.
