摘要
为准确测定卷烟搭口胶的涂胶量,基于搭口胶中含有的2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇双异丁酸酯(TXIB)增塑剂,通过优化实验条件,建立了测定卷烟搭口胶和烟支卷烟纸搭口涂胶中TXIB的气相色谱质谱联用(GC/MS)方法。结果表明:①卷烟搭口胶中TXIB测定方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.8%,检出限和定量限分别为0.75和2.50μg/mL,回收率为95.3%~103.1%;②烟支卷烟纸搭口涂胶中TXIB测定方法的RSD为3.1%,检出限和定量限分别为0.26和0.86μg/mL,回收率为95.2%~105.1%;③该方法具有精密度好、检出限低,准确度高的特点,适用于卷烟搭口胶涂胶量的测定。
In order to accurately determine the amount of seam glue in cigarette tobacco rod,specifically for the seam glue containing 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3-pentanediol diisobutyrate(TXIB)plasticizer,a gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC/MS)method to measure the TXIB in unused seam glue and in cigarette rod applied seam glue was established.The results showed that:1)The relative standard deviation(RSD)of the method for unused seam glue was 1.8%with the detection limit and quantitative limit of 0.75 and 2.50μg/mL and the recoveries of 95.3%-103.1%respectively.2)The RSD of method for applied seam glue on cigarette rod was 3.1%with the detection limit and quantitative limit of 0.26 and 0.86μg/mL and the recoveries of 95.2%-105.1%.3)This method featured a high precision,low detection limit and high accuracy,it was therefore considered suitable for determining the amount of seam glue in cigarette tobacco rod.
