基于互联网+延续护理平台的护理对乳腺癌化疗患者干预效果的研究

Rehabilitation Effect of Chemotherapy-Based Adverse Reactions To Breast Cancer Patients Based on Continuous Care Platform

目的通过互联网+延续护理平台对乳腺癌化疗患者进行为期4个月的护理干预,评价其对患者焦虑抑郁、自我效能、生活质量的干预效果。方法选取长沙市某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院两个乳腺癌化疗科室2019年1月—2019年10月收治的患者,分为对照组和干预组,每组各70例。对照组实施常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上通过互联网+延续护理平台实施护理干预。结果两组患者自我效能评分和生活质量总评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于互联网+延续护理平台的护理干预可提高乳腺癌化疗患者的自我效能和生活质量,具有一定的实用性和可靠性,为今后实现其他肿瘤类型患者的医院-家庭健康管理提供了实践依据。

Objective To conduct a 4-month intervention on breast cancer chemotherapy patients through the Internet+continuous care platform,and to evaluate the intervention effects on anxiety and depression,self-efficacy,and quality of life.Methods Between January and October 2019,140 patients were selected from two wards of the breast cancer chemotherapy department of a tertiary Class A cancer hospital in Changsha City.They were assigned into the control group and the intervention group,with 70 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,and the intervention group implemented the nursing intervention through the Internet+continuous care platform on the basis of routine nursing.Results The self-efficacy scores were statistically different between the two groups(P<0.05).The total scores of quality of life were also statistically different between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention based on the Internet+continuous care platform can improve the self-efficacy and quality of life of patients with breast cancer chemotherapy.It has practicability and reliability,and provides a practical basis for hospital-family health management of patients with other types of cancer in the future.
