摘要
①目的了解某高校男护生职业认同现状,分析影响男护生职业认同的因素。②方法整群抽取某高校三个年级共392名本、专科男护生,采用自制的一般资料调查表、男护生职业认同问卷进行调查。③结果男护生职业认同的总平均分为(3.17±0.64)分,各维度得分由高至低依次为社会说服、社会比较与自我反思、职业选择的自主性、职业自我概念、留职获益与离职风险。男护生在生源地、学历、父亲受教育程度、家庭人均月收入、父母从事医疗卫生工作、高考志愿、报考前对护理职业的了解、对护理专业满意度、读书期间对护理专业喜爱程度方面分析得分比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),是否独生子女差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多元回归分析结果显示:生源地、高考志愿、学历、对护理专业满意程度以及读书期间对护理专业喜爱程度是影响男护生职业认同的主要因素。④结论该高校男护生职业认同处于中等水平。护理教育者应树立典范,以积极的态度感染、影响男护生,使其重建从事护理工作信心,激发从事护理工作的意愿。
Objective To investigate the professional identity for male nursing students in a University,analysis the influential factors.Methods A total of 392 male nursing students of baccalaureate and associate in three grades of a University were selected by random cluster sampling.The self-designed general condition questionnaire and the professional identity questionnaire of male nursing students were used to questionnaire investigation.Results The average score of professional identity was(3.17±0.64).The dimension with scores sorted from the highest to the lowest were the social modeling,social comparison and self-reflection,independence of career choice,respectively professional self-image,benefit of retention and risk of turnover.The differences of the scores of the different hometown,educational background,father’s education level,family member monthly income,parents were engaged in medical work,the university examination wish,professional acquaintance,satisfaction and preferenceare statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant differences in the only child(P>0.05).The multivariate regression analysis indicated that the hometown,educational background,the university examination wish,professional satisfaction and preference were the main factors that influent professional identity of male nursing students.Conclusion The professional identity of male nursing students is on the medium level in this University.Therefore,Nursing educators should set an example and infect male nursing students with a positive attitude,toregain their confidence and stimulate their willingness in nursing work.
