打叶复烤铺叶组配投料环节非烟物质的控制研究

烟叶作为可食用农作物,在收购、运输及烤制过程中极易混入非烟物质。复烤是卷烟制品原料保障的重要环节,打叶复烤作为卷烟工业在烟叶调拨链上的最后一个环节,对控制非烟物质,提高成品片烟纯净度,为“卷烟上水平”提供更优质的成品片烟。在打叶复烤铺叶组配投料环节,没有配套的除杂设备,只能充分利用人工除杂并对铺叶摆把输送设备流量进行控制,以保证剔杂效果,提高成品片烟纯净度。
