高MFR聚丙烯纤维专用料的制备及性能研究

摘要 介绍聚丙烯纤维专用料的生产技术要求,通过添加过氧化物制备出不同熔体流动速率(MFR)的聚丙烯产品,重点考察不同过氧化物形态及其加入量对最终产品性能的影响。结果表明:添加适量的过氧化物A,可以使基础树脂MFR显著提高;相对分子质量降低;分子量分布变窄;拉伸强度、灰分等性能都达到高MFR聚丙烯纤维专用料的技术指标,满足目标产品设计要求。 This thesis introduces the production technology requirements of special polypropylene fiber grade,.Different melt flow rate(MFR)of polypropylene products was prepared by adding peroxide,and mainly explores different forms of peroxide and its addition amount on the properties of the final producs.It was concluded from the results:with adding proper amount of peroxide A,the MFR of the base resin significantly increases;the molecular weight is reduced;molecular weight distribution is getting narrow;technical index of tensile strength,ash performance have reached the qualification of high flow rate(MFR)of special PP fiber grade,Which meet the design requirements of the target product.
