摘要
建立了测定工业大麻花叶中大麻二酚(CBD)和四氢大麻酚(THC)的高效液相色谱(HPLC)方法。工业大麻花叶样品用甲醇超声萃取三次后进行HPLC分析定量。结果表明:CBD和THC在1~100μg/mL范围内具有良好线性,R^2≥0.9997;CBD的检出限为0.12μg/mL,THC的检出限为0.08μg/mL;加标回收率在82.0%~102.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于3%,该方法可用于工业大麻花叶中CBD和THC的测定,具有准确、灵敏和稳定的特点。
We developed a method for determining CBD and THC in industrial hemp flowers and leaves by HPLC.The hemp flower and leaf samples were extracted by ultrasonic extraction with methanol for three times and analyzed quantitatively by HPLC.The results showed that CBD and THC were linear in the range of 1μg/mL^100μg/mL,R^2≥0.9997,the detection limit of CBD was 0.12μg/mL,the detection limit of THC was 0.08μg/mL,the recovery rate was between 82.0%~102.8%,RSD<3%.This method was suitable for the determination of CBD and THC in industrial hemp flowers and leaves.
