this paper introduces the current situation of wastewater discharge KBR 450kt/a synthetic ammonia plant in the second phase chemical fertilizer project of offshore oil rich island limited company,analyzes the composition of each emission source,studies the possibility of recovery of various emission sources,puts forward the corresponding recovery scheme,and carries out economic evaluation and risk analysis of the scheme.
