服务地方经济和区域产业发展的资源循环科学与工程专业课程体系的构建与探索

The construction and exploration of the curriculum system of resource recycling science and engineering for serving the local economy and regional industry

通过对地方经济建设的需求和各个高校“资源循环科学与工程专业”人才培养方案的调查研究,综合考虑各自人才培养的目的,依托茅台集团资源优势、学科专业基础优势、实践教学优势及科研平台的支撑,结合应用型人才培养目标,确定本专业的研究方向,构建了以酿酒酒糟资源化利用及酿酒废水的无害化和资源化处理及处置,以及农业废弃物处理及资源化利用为主线的课程体系。

In this paper,the primary research direction of the speciality of Recourse Recycling Science and Engineering is determined and the curriculum system is constructed,which mainly contains the comprehensive utilization of distiller’s grains and agricultural wastes and the treatment even utilization of Brewery wastewater,based on the need of local economic development and the teaching programme of other colleges.The results showed that the following elements has been taken into consideration,namely,the purpose of talent cultivation,the resources of Moutai Groups,the university's basic professional advantages,comprehensive practice and scientific research platforms,and the aim to cultivate application-oriented talents.
