加强和改进我国城市管理立法的思考

On Strengthening and Improving the Legislation of Urban Management in China

在全面推进依法治国以及城市化进程加快的大背景下,如何科学、有效、精准地进行城市管理立法,确保城市管理做到有法可依,切实提升城市管理的法治化水平,让城市管理更加规范有序,是一个亟待解决的现实问题。从城市管理立法的必要性入手,介绍了一些城市的典型做法,深入分析现阶段我国城市管理立法面临的突出问题,并提出相关政策建议。

Under the background of comprehensively promoting the rule of law and accelerating the process of urbanization,how to make urban management legislation scientific,effective and accurate,ensure that there are laws to adhere to in urban management,effectively improve the level of the rule of law in urban management,and make urban management more standardized and orderly is an urgent practical problem to be solved.Starting from the necessity of urban management legislation,this paper introduces some typical practices of cities,deeply analyzes the outstanding problems faced by urban management legislation in China at this stage,and puts forward relevant policy recommendations.
