探究心脏B超在高血压性心脏病诊断中的应用

Exploring the Application of Cardiac Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Hypertensive Heart Disease

目的:分析心脏B超在高血压性心脏病(HHD)诊断中的应用效果。方法:以2016年2月-2019年2月间入本院治疗的58例HHD患者为研究主体。分成A组和B组,均是29例。A组行心脏B超诊断,B组行心电图诊断,对比两组的疾病检出率,诊断准确率,敏感度与特异度。结果:A组的疾病检出率为93.10%,B组为68.97%(P<0.05)。A组的诊断准确率为89.66%,敏感度为96.15%,特异度为33.33%,B组分别为58.62%,64.00%和25.00%(P<0.05)。结论:为HHD患者行心脏B超诊断的效果较佳,可有效鉴别各疾病类型,进而指导治疗方案的合理选择。

Objective:To analyze the effect of cardiac ultrasound in the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease(HHD).Methods:58 cases of HHD patients admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into group A and group B with 29 cases.Cardiac ultrasound was performed in group A and electrocardiogram was performed in group B.The disease detection rate,diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity were compared between the two groups.Results:The detection rate of disease in group A was 93.10%and that in group B was 68.97%(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of group A were 89.66%,96.15%,33.33%and those in group B were 58.62%,64.00%and 25.00%respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cardiac ultrasound is effective in the diagnosis of HHD patients,which can effectively identify the types of diseases and guide the rational choice of treatment options.
