聚焦护理模式对血管内介入栓塞术治疗颅内动脉瘤患者疾病不确定感及心理状态的影响

Effect of Focused Nursing Mode on Uncertainty and Psychological State of Patients with Intracranial Aneurysm Treated by Endovascular Embolization

目的:探讨聚焦护理模式对血管内介入栓塞术治疗颅内动脉瘤患者疾病不确定感及心理状态的影响。方法:将2018年6月1日~12月31日行血管内介入栓塞术治疗的32例颅内动脉瘤患者作为对照组,采用常规护理措施;将2019年1月1日~6月30日行血管内介入栓塞术治疗的33例颅内动脉瘤患者作为观察组,在常规护理基础上采用聚焦护理模式。比较两组患者疾病不确定感及心理状态。结果:出院时观察组患者疾病不确定感量表(MUIS)中不明确性、复杂性、不可预测性、信息缺乏性评分均低于对照组(P<0.01);出院时观察组汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:聚焦护理模式能够减少血管内介入栓塞术治疗颅内动脉瘤患者的疾病不确定感,缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪。

Objective:To explore the effect of focused nursing mode on the uncertainty and psychological state of patients with intracranial aneurysm treated by endovascular embolization.Methods:Thirty-two patients with intracranial aneurysms treated by endovascular embolization from June 1 to December 31,2018 were used as the control group,and routine nursing measures were adopted.A total of 33 patients with intracranial aneurysms treated by endovascular embolization from January 1 to June 30,2019 were selected as the observation group,and the focused nursing mode was adopted on the basis of routine nursing.Patients′sense of disease uncertainty and psychological state were compared between the two groups.Results:At discharge,the scores of uncertainty,complexity,unpredictability and information deficiency in Mishel′s uncertainty in illness scale(MUIS)in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).At discharge,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The model of focused nursing can reduce the uncertainty of the patients with intracranial aneurysm treated by endovascular embolization and relieve their anxiety and depression.
