产学研耦合协调度及影响因素研究——以湖北武汉为例

The Coupling Coordination and Influencing Factors of Industry-University-Research Cooperation——A Case Study of Wuhan,Hubei

产学研结合是拉近高校、科研机构与市场需求距离,快速提升企业创新能力的重要途径。以武汉产学研结合状况作为研究对象,借助耦合理论开展产学研协调发展水平研究,在建立产学研结合评价指标体系的基础上,采用耦合协调度模型和灰色关联分析法,实证分析武汉产学研耦合协调度及影响武汉产学研协同创新的关键因素。研究表明,2012-2016年,武汉市产学研耦合协调度随产学研发展水平变化呈现波动增长态势;对武汉产学研协同创新影响最大的三个因素分别是科研机构发明专利拥有量、高校科研仪器设备投入、高新技术产业增加值占GDP比重。在此基础上,对提升武汉产学研合作绩效提出相应建议。

The combination of industry,education and research is an important way to close the gap between universities,scientific research institutions and market demand,which can enhance the innovation capability of enterprises rapidly.Taking Wuhan's industry-university-research cooperation as the research object,this paper studies the coordinated development level of industry-university-research with the aid of coupling theory.On the basis of establishing the evaluation index system of industry-university-research cooperation,the coupling coordination degree model and grey relational analysis method are used to empirically analyze the coupling coordination degree of Industry-University-Research in Wuhan and the key factors affecting the collaborative innovation of industry-university-research in Wuhan.From 2012 to 2016,the research shows that the coordination degree of Industry-University-Research coupling in Wuhan shows a fluctuating growth trend along with the development level of Industry-University-Research.The three factors that have the greatest impact on the collaborative innovation of Industry-University-Research in Wuhan are the ownership of invention patents by scientific research institutions,investment in scientific research instruments and equipment in universities,and the proportion of added value of high-tech industries in GDP.On this basis,some suggestions are put forward to improve the performance of Wuhan industry-university-research cooperation.
