摘要
制造企业服务化转型是制造业转型升级的重要方向,是“中国制造2025”战略的核心,是我国从制造大国向制造强国迈进的重要路径。虽然我国制造业服务化转型无论在理论研究还是实践方面都取得了显著成绩,但是就目前来看,对制造企业服务化转型驱动机制的理解仍不充分。基于系统论研究视角,构建制造企业、消费者、政府和科研机构“四位一体”的驱动机制模型,探究其内在机理,提出四大主体驱动力模型并探讨其作用于市场、技术、利益、政策、法律、人才、理念等要素的驱动作用。
The service transformation of manufacturing enterprises is an important direction of manufacturing transformation and upgrading.It is the strategic core of"Made in China 2025"and an important path for China to move from a big manufacturing country to a strong manufacturing country.Although remarkable achievements have been made in both theoretical and practical aspects of service-oriented transformation of manufacturing industry in China,at present,the understanding of the driving mechanism of service-oriented transformation of manufacturing enterprises is still insufficient.Based on the perspective of system theory,this paper constructs the"four-in-one"driving mechanism model of manufacturing enterprises,consumers,governments and scientific research institutions,probes into its internal mechanism and main driving forces,and puts forward four main driving forces,function in the market,technology,interests,policy,law,talent,ideas and other factors play its driving role.
