城市语言管理与城市语言文明建设

Urban Language Management and Construction of Urban Linguistic Civilization

通过对21世纪以来语言文字工作和语言生活研究所取得成果的梳理,可以发现,我国城市语言文字工作在制定和落实语言文字规范方面取得巨大成果的同时,开始转向全方位的语言生活管理。在此基础上,将语言管理理论与语言生活研究相结合,文章提出建设城市语言文明的新目标。城市语言管理可以结合创建文明城市的工作,开展建设城市语言文明的活动。城市公共空间的语言情况需要调查研究,言语互动规范可以成为语言文明建设的重点目标。

The language planning practice in China in the 21 st century has turned from focusing on the standardization of spoken and written languages to an all-round management of language life.Following the trend,the present study combines the theory of language management with the studies of language life,and proposes the objectives of constructing urban linguistic civilization.The construction of linguistic civilization may mingle into the current efforts in the national competition for“culturally advanced cities”.At the same time,the language use in public places is to be investigated thoroughly and the standardization of speech interactions therewith may become a key component of the construction of urban linguistic civilization.
