2017年广汉市居民卫生服务需求与利用分析

Analysis of the Demand for and Utilization of Health Services in Residents of Guanghan City in 2017

目的了解广汉市居民卫生服务需求与利用现状及其影响因素状况,为制定适合该市的卫生服务策略和措施提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样,对广汉市7296名常住居民进行问卷调查;内容包括被调查居民一般情况、卫生服务需求与利用情况;应用SPSS 21.0和Excel 2003进行数据分析。结果2017年广汉市居民慢性病患病率18.01%,两周患病率3.43%,两周就诊率90.40%;选择社区卫生服务中心/站的最多,未就诊的主要原因依次是自感病轻;过去1年的住院率为5.48%,选择二级以上医疗机构住院者最多。结论广汉市居民慢性病患病率较高,卫生服务需求尤其是女性和老年人较高,社区卫生服务特别是门诊利用较好。建议继续加强基层卫生服务体系建设,积极开展健康教育,满足社区居民不断增长的卫生服务需求。

Objective To investigate the demand for and utilization of health services in residents of Guanghan City and related influencing factors to provide a basis for the development of health service policies and measures.Methods A questionnaire-based survey was conducted in7296 residents in Guanghan city selected by stratified random cluster sampling to acquire general information of the residents and their demand for and utilization of health services.Statistical analyses were performed by using Excel 2003 and SPSS 21.0.Results The prevalence of chronic diseases,2-week morbidity and doctor-visiting rate were 18.01%,3.43%and 90.40%,respectively.Most of the respondents visited community health service centers/stations for medical help.The main cause why residents did not visit hospitals for help in case of diseases was that they felt the diseases were mild.The hospitalization rate in the past year was 5.48%,and most of the respondents chose medical institutions of grade II or above when hospitalization was necessitated.Conclusion The prevalence of chronic diseases is high in Guanghan,and residents,particularly females and aged people,have a great demand for medical services;community health services,in particular clinic services,have been well utilized.It is suggested primary health service system construction be continually enhanced and health education be actively carried out to satisfy the unceasingly increasing demand of community residents for health services.
