工会院校期刊作为我国学术期刊的重要组成部分,是我国工会领域理论研究和实践研究成果展示和传播的重要平台。与社会主义新时代我国工会事业发展面临的形势和任务相比,目前工会院校期刊的编辑队伍建设还存在诸多问题。这要求我们要把握好我国工会改革发展的机遇,不断加强工会院校期刊编辑队伍专业化建设,努力建设一支符合时代发展需要的高素质、专业化、学者型编辑队伍。

As an important part of Chinese academic journals, the journals of trade union colleges and schools are an important platform for the display and promotion of theoretical and practical research results in the field of Chinese trade unions. Compared with the forms and tasks facing the development of Chinese trade union in the new socialist era, there are still many problems in the construction of the editorial team. It requires to grasp the opportunity of trade union reform and development of our country, constantly strengthen the professional construction of periodical editing team, and strive to build a high-quality, specialized acadamic editing team that meets the needs of the development of the times.
