摘要
为了提高多电平输出电压的电平数以获得更高质量的输出电压,这里提出了一种新型单相十三电平逆变器拓扑。在分析所提拓扑工作原理的基础上,对悬浮电容电压的平衡控制策略进行了研究。为了解决直流母线电容电压平衡的问题,在直流侧添加了基于滞环比较控制策略的均衡控制电路。最后,通过仿真和实验验证了该拓扑的可行性以及控制策略的有效性。
In order to increase the level number of multi-level output voltage to obtain higher quality output voltage,a novel single-phase 13-level inverter topology is proposed.Based on the analysis of the proposed topology principle,the balance control strategy of flying capacitor voltage is studied.In order to solve the problem of DC-link capacitor voltages balance,an equalization control circuit based on hysteresis comparison control strategy is added on the DC side.Finally,the feasibility of the topology and the effectiveness of the control strategy are verified by simulation and experiment.
