摘要
IGBT换流阀是柔性直流工程的核心设备,在此梳理IGBT换流阀运行的典型问题,以渝鄂工程的±420 kV/1 250 MW IGBT换流阀为例,介绍了换流阀的电气设计、结构设计、冷却回路设计和防爆设计,对研制的±420 kV/1 250 MW IGBT换流阀开展了型式试验和爆炸试验。工程应用证明,所研制的IGBT换流阀设计合理,安全可靠,满足工程需求。
IGBT converter valve is the most critical equipment of voltage source converter based high voltage direct current project,combining with ±420 kV/1 250 MW IGBT converter valve,valve electrical design,structural design,cooling system design and explosion-proof design are introduced.The developed ±420 kV/1 250 MW IGBT converter valve has passed type tests and explosion test.The project application proves that developed IGBT converter valve design is reasonable and can meet the needs of the project.
