摘要
针对变电站直流系统存在蓄电池隐性的开路故障,而现有的检测设备无法有效预警的现状,提出基于预赋值比例积分(PI)控制的直流系统柔性并联技术的新思路,实现两套直流系统之间在物理隔离的条件下智能实时备用,解决因电池开路导致的失压问题,重点研究了直流系统故障时的供电控制及保护策略,试验结果表明该系统能够满足变电站直流系统故障时的供电及保护要求。
Aiming at the current situation that the substation DC system has hidden open circuit faults,and the existing detection equipment can not effectively provide early warning,a new idea of flexible parallel technology based on preassigned proportional integral(PI) control is proposed to realize physical isolation between two sets of DC systems and solve the problem of voltage loss caused by battery open circuit.The power supply control and protection strategy when DC system is faulty is researched,and the test results showed that the system can meet the power supply and protection requirements of substation DC system failure.
