炎症性肠病患者营养护理质量评价指标的构建 被引量:21

Construction of nutritional nursing quality evaluation index system for patients with inflammatory bowel disease based on the three-dimensional quality structure

摘要 目的构建炎症性肠病营养护理质量评价指标,为临床规范化营养护理干预提供参考。方法以三维质量结构模式作为框架,基于文献检索,结合临床实践,通过专家会议法初步形成了包括3项一级指标、8项二级指标和71项三级指标的炎症性肠病患者营养护理质量评价指标的初稿。在北京市、湖北省、湖南省、山西省、广东省、陕西省、江苏省和山东省8个省市遴选了35名专家,运用德尔菲法进行2轮专家函询,确立了营养护理质量评价指标。结果2轮函询中专家的积极系数均为100%,权威系数为0.81,肯德尔和谐系数为0.131与0.142,最终形成了包含3项一级指标、8项二级指标、59项三级指标的炎症性肠病患者营养护理质量评价指标。结论构建的炎症性肠病患者营养护理质量评价指标具有一定的科学性和可靠性,为评价炎症性肠病患者营养护理质量提供了参考依据。 Objective To build the nutritional nursing quality evaluation index system of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) and provide references for clinical standardized nutritional nursing intervention. Methods Literature retrieval as the theoretical basis was conducted based on the three-dimensional quality structure model and clinical practice for sensitive quality indicators system of nutrition nursing. Expert meetings were conducted to establish a first draft of IBD nutritional nursing quality evaluation indexes,which primarily included 3 primary indexes,8 secondary indexes and 71 tertiary indexes. A total of 35 IBD experts from 8 provinces and cities of Beijing,Hubei,Hunan,Shanxi,Guangdong,Shaanxi,Jiangsu,and Shandong were selected. After 2 rounds of Delphi method-based expert consultations,the evaluation index system of nutritional nursing quality for IBD patients was finally established.Results Positive coefficients of the 2 rounds of expert consultation were both 100%. The authoritative coefficient was 0.81,and the coordination coefficients were 0.131 and 0.142,respectively. At last,the nutritional nursing quality evaluation index system for IBD patients was constructed including 3 primary indexes,8 secondary indexes and 59 tertiary indexes. Conclusion This study on nursing-sensitive quality indicators system was scientific and reliable,and it would be beneficial to evaluate the nutritional nursing quality for IBD patients.
