细胞自噬在血小板活化中的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 细胞自噬是一种广泛存在于真核细胞的代谢过程,对维持细胞存活、物质再利用和内环境稳态有重要作用。血小板来源于骨髓巨核细胞,不含细胞核但具有多种细胞器,并在止血、血栓形成、炎症、免疫和宿主防御中起关键作用。血小板中存在自噬基因转录物和蛋白质。异常血小板自噬可影响血小板的黏附、释放和聚集等活化过程。本文就细胞自噬在血小板中的作用及其对血小板活化影响的研究进展作一综述。 Autophagy,a metabolic process widely existing in eukaryotic cells,plays an important role in cell survival maintain,material re-use and homeostasis.Platelets derived from bone marrow megakaryocytes contain no nuclei but multiple organelles,and play a key role in hemostasis,thrombosis,inflammation,immunity and host defense.Recent studies have shown that autophagy-related genes and proteins are detected in platelets.Abnormal autophagy in platelets affects platelet activation including platelet adhesion,release and aggregation.This paper reviews the research progress of the role of autophagy in platelets and the effects on platelet activation.
