从对立冲突走向理性合作:新冠肺炎疫情背景下医患关系的转化

From conflict to rational cooperation:the transformation of doctor-patient relationship in the context of COVID-19 epidemic

近些年多起暴力伤医事件的出现导致医疗从业者身心双重伤害,医疗资源持续流失。转化医患冲突,重构和谐医患关系需要在信息沟通、制度建设、结构优化、理念转变等方面具备条件。在新冠肺炎疫情应对中,医患之间互相理解、高度协调、和谐友好成为医患关系的“主旋律”。公共卫生突发疫情的应对在利益目标、关注事项、参与主体和舆论态度方面培育了改善医患关系的“种子”,为医患关系转向和谐信任提供了机会和可能。我们要借此机会力促并巩固医患关系转向和谐信任,创造促使医患关系转变的制度条件,开展情感治理来推进塑造“医患共同体”意识,创建引导促进医患关系转变的文化氛围。

In recent years,a number of violent medical incidents have resulted in physical and mental injuries of medical practitioners and continuous loss of medical resources.To transform doctor-patient conflict and reconstruct harmonious doctor-patient relationship,we need to have feasible conditions in information communication,system construction,structure optimization and concept transformation.In response to the COVID-19 epidemic,mutual understanding,high coordination and harmony have become the main melody of doctor-patient relationship.The response to public health emergencies has cultivated the“seeds”for improving the doctor-patient relationship in terms of interests goal,items concerned,participants and public opinion attitudes,which provides opportunities and possibilities for the transformation to harmonious and trusty doctor-patient relationship.We should take this opportunity to promote and consolidate the doctor-patient relationship to be harmonious and trusty,create the institutional conditions to promote the change of doctor-patient relationship,carry out emotional governance to push the shaping of“doctor-patient community”consciousness,and create cultural atmosphere to guide and promote the change of doctor-patient relationship.
