摘要
学校的变迁是教育发展的重要轨迹,探究学校变迁因缘,可以检视其发展过程中存在的问题,进而优化发展路径。Z中学的变迁历程是我国农村教育发展的一个“样板”,其“内外交困”也展现了我国现阶段农村学校生存和发展面临诸多困境。农村学校要突破发展困境,一方面须具备良好的外部生态环境,另一方面应不断激发和培养自身的内在动力。
The evolution of school is the main development of education.To explore the causes of a school's change can discover existing problems in the development process and then optimize the growth path of a school.The changing course of Z Village Middle School is a model of the rural education's development in China,and its internal and external difficulties also show that the survival and development of rural schools in our country are facing many difficulties.If rural schools want to get rid of the development dilemma,they must have a good external ecological environment on one hand,and on the other hand,they should constantly stimulate and cultivate their own internal motivation.
