大力发展农村新型集体经济是实施乡村振兴战略的重要组成部分,是新时代"三农"工作总抓手,是打赢脱贫攻坚战、实现全面建成小康社会的重要路径和有效方式。新疆农村集体经济实力薄弱、发展滞后,存在诸多问题,亟待振兴。在国家大力发展农村新型集体经济的机遇期,新疆应高度重视打赢脱贫攻坚战中大力发展农村新型集体经济的必要性和重要性,在已具备发展可行性的基础之上,突破思维固式、大胆改革尝试,推动新疆农村集体经济全面崛起,为持续有效地推动精准扶贫、精准脱贫,全面保障农民共享发展成果、提升获得感和幸福感打下坚实基础、提供不竭动力。

Vigorously developing the new rural collective economy is an important part of the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,the master of the work of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"in the new era,and an important path and effective way to win the battle of poverty alleviation and build a well-off society in an all-round way.Xinjiang’s rural collective economic development lags behind and need to be revitalized.In the period of opportunity for the country to vigorously develop the new rural collective economy,Xinjiang should attach great importance to the developing the new rural collective economy in the battle of poverty alleviation.On the basis of the feasibility of development,we should break through the fixed thinking and bold reform attempts,promote the overall rise of the rural collective economy,continuously and effectively promote targeted poverty alleviation,comprehensively guarantee farmers to share development achievements,and lay a solid foundation and provide inexhaustible power for their sense of access and happiness.
