大学文化资本及其对地方本科院校转型的阻滞研究

University Cultural Capital and its Hindrance to the Transformation of Local Colleges

地方本科院校转型是一个系统工程,其核心是文化资本。布迪厄的资本理论与场域理论密切相关,文化资本价值的发挥依赖于它所在的场域。依据布迪厄文化资本理论,文化资本是基于对文化资源的占有而形成的资本,并可以分为三种形态,即具体化形态、客观化形态和体制化形态。依据布迪厄文化资本理论界定了大学文化资本概念及其形态,论证了其在地方院校转型发展中的作用机理。地方院校在转型发展中面临文化资本存量、投资不足,及文化资本类型与所要转向的场域不匹配等方面的问题。最后,有针对性地提出了盘活现有文化资本、积累和投资与场域相适应的文化资本的建议。

The transformation of local undergraduate colleges is a systematic project, but the core of its transformation is cultural capital. Bourdieu’s capital theory is closely related to field theory, and the value of cultural capital depends on its field. According to Bourdieu’s theory of cultural capital, cultural capital is based on the possession of cultural resources,which can be divided into three forms: concrete form, objective form and institutional form. Based on Bourdieu’s cultural capital theory, this paper defines the concept and form of university cultural capital, and demonstrates its function mechanism in the transformation of local colleges and universities. Local colleges and universities are confronted with the problems of insufficient cultural capital stock, insufficient investment, and the mismatch between the types of cultural capital and the fields to be turned. The following suggestions are put forward: activating the existing cultural capital, accumulating and investing the cultural capital suitable for the field.
