宫颈癌临床研究进展

全球范围内,宫颈癌的发病率和死亡率在女性恶性肿瘤中均居于第四位。宫颈癌严重威胁女性的健康,且影响其生活质量。目前针对宫颈癌的防控已经有了较为成熟的筛查方案,多数宫颈癌在早期即被诊断,大大提高了患者的生存率。目前宫颈癌的临床治疗以手术和放疗为主、化疗为辅。手术方式包括开腹手术、腹腔镜手术和机器人辅助手术,我国宫颈癌真实世界研究为患者手术路径的选择提供了临床数据支持。化疗广泛应用于与手术、放疗相结合的综合治疗中。各种治疗方案的改进为宫颈癌患者的生存带来了全新的希望。

Globally,the incidence and mortality of cervical cancer ranks fourth among females,seriously threatening the health and quality of life of women.There is a relatively mature screening program for the prevention and control of cervical cancer.Most cervical cancers were diagnosed at an early stage,which greatly improves the survival rate of patients.At present,the treatment of cervical cancer is mainly surgery and radiotherapy,supplemented by chemotherapy.Surgical routes include transabdominal surgery,laparoscopic surgery,and robot-assisted surgery.The real-world study of cervical cancer in China provides clinical data support for the selection of surgical pathways for patients.Chemotherapy is widely used in comprehensive treatment combined with surgery and radiotherapy.The improvement of various treatment options provides new hope for the survival of cervical cancer patients.
