摘要
切断阀在重要化工生产装置中的作用极为关键。紧急切断阀在化工生产装置通常应用于联锁回路,当与之关联的过程工艺参数达到设定的数值或者经过逻辑判断需要阀门动作时,阀门关闭以达到保护生产装置或设备等目的。在紧急情况下,如果紧急切断阀发生卡死或不能及时动作很容易对生产装置造成不可挽回的损失,甚至会发生安全生产事故。在日常维护过程中,为了判断紧急切断阀的健康状况,可以通过增加阀门附件的方式,在不拆卸阀门,不影响正常生产的情况下对紧急切断阀进行行程测试。本文结合天然气制氢装置的原料气入口紧急切断阀的行程测试对阀门的行程测试方法进行简要分析。
On-off valves plays a crucial role in important chemical production unit.ESVs are usually used in interlock circuit in chemical production units.When the process parameters associated with them reach the set value or the valve is required to move after logical judgment,the valve is closed to protect the unit or equipment.In case of emergency,if the ESV gets stuck or fails to move in time,it will easily cause irreversible loss to the production unit,and even cause safety accidents.In the daily maintenance process,in order to judge the health status of the ESV,the ESV can be tested by adding valve’s accessories without removing the valve from the pipe and without affecting the normal production.In this paper,one stroke test of the valve is briefly analyzed based on the stroke test of the ESV at the feed gas inlet of the natural gas hydrogen production unit.
