秦山CANDU机组525kV GIS油泵无法建压原因分析及处理方法

摘要 秦山CANDU机组525kV GIS断路器分合闸的动力来源是油泵建立的液压油压力,并且液压油压力需要建立在标准范围内,如果压力过低,断路器将无法正常进行分合闸,影响电网的正送电、倒送电以及相应的预防性检修工作。本文从油泵建压回路的结构上论述了断路器油泵无法建压的原因以及相应的处理方式,并且给出了紧急处理的方法及从根本上解决的方法,针对同属液压动力的525kV GIS断路器具有普遍的参考意义。 Qinshan CANDU units of 525 kV GIS circuit breaker switching power source is the Hydraulic oil pressure of oil pump establishment,and the hydraulic pressure needs to be built within the standard range,if the pressure is too low,the breaker will not be able to normal closing and opening,absolutely,influence of grid is sending power and the corresponding preventive maintenance job will happen,This article discusses the reason why the circuit breaker oil pump can not build pressure and the corresponding treatment from the structure of the pressure loop of the oil pump,and gives the urgent treatment method and the fundamental solution method,It is a general reference for the 525 kV GIS circuit belonging to hydraulic power.
