安全仪表系统验证的应用研究

摘要 安全仪表系统(SIS)日益广泛地用于保护工业生产安全。IEC 61511-2016 (过程工业领域安全仪表系统的功能安全)标准要求安全仪表系统及其安全仪表功能(SIF)必须被验证,以确保其满足功能安全的需求。针对过程行业普遍忽视安全仪表系统验证的问题,介绍了安全仪表系统验证中涉及的重要概念,对安全生命周期(safety life cycle)、安全仪表系统、安全仪表功能等概念进行了阐述。针对普遍关心的安全完整性等级(safety integrity levels)验算,阐述了获取失效数据的有效措施。重点分析了安全仪表系统验证的流程,明确了安全仪表系统验证的具体方法和步骤,为过程行业开展安全仪表系统验证提供了参考。 Safety instrumented systems(SIS) used to protect safety of industrial production increasingly.IEC 61511-2016(Safety instrumented systems for the process industry sector) requires that safety instrumented systems and each safety instrumented functions(SIF) must be verified for confirmation that they meet requirement for functional safety.In view of the problem that safety instrumented systems verification is generally ignored in the process industry,this paper introduced the important concepts that involved in safety instrumented systems verification,and expounds the concepts of safety life cycle,safety instrumented systems,and safety instrumented functions.Described the effective measures of getting failure data for the safety integrity levels(SIL) verification.It analyzed the process of safety instrumented systems verification,clarified the specific methods and steps of safety instrumented systems verification,which provides reference for the process industry to carry out safety instrumented systems verification.
