摘要 基本过程控制系统(BPCS)之集散控制系统(DCS)的报警,如常驻报警、错误报警、低级别故障报警等,干扰操作人员正常思维,影响操作人员对工艺指标管控响应准确度,同时过多报警,也会降低操作人员的警惕性,让"狼"真的来临时错失良机,严重时,过程偏离得不到应有的响应,进而引发过程安全事故。根据从业人员处理问题的响应速度及行业统计数据,值岗操作人员对报警响应并圆满处理的周期约为每次10min。针对如何趋近于这个指标,本文以理论为指导,结合具体工程实践,在认真分析大型石油化工装置集散控制系统(DCS)报警过多原因的基础上,阐述了验证有效的优化解决办法,为合理设置报警种类、级别提供了可用性较强的方式方法,提高装置运行的可靠性。 The distribute control system of basic process control system alarming,such as stale alarms,false alarms,low level false alarms and so on,will disturb accurate reaction of process index control and the thinking of operator.Meanwhile,too many alarms also decline the vigilance of operator and miss the best time even causing the processing safety accident.According to the profession statistical data and the reaction and solving speed of operator,duty operator can take action and solve the problems completely about 10 minute per time.In terms of how to approach to this index,this passage is conducted by theory and combine with specific project practical work.Having analyze the reason of over alarming of distribute control system,I wrote the better and effective solution which is a great reference of setting up the kinds and level of alarms to improve the reliability of the unit operation.
