科技类社团是推动现代科技形成发展的重要力量,不仅影响科技能力的提升,在经济发展方式转变、承接政府职能转移和实现经济创新发展等方面也发挥着重要作用。随着新时代中国经济进入新的发展阶段,我国科技类社团的职能也呈现出一些新的特点与变化,并实现了在制度、技术、知识方面的创新。但是受外部制度环境和自身发展能力的制约,科技类社团普遍存在着促进经济创新发展制度的不健全,服务竞争力不足和自主独立性不强的不良境地。解决这些问题,可以通过完善科技类社团服务经济的制度建设,夯实实体;利用信息技术,发挥科技类社团的平台优势,扩大影响力;发挥科技类社团的智库作用,形成自给自足的能力,服务国家社会。
