墨尔本有轨电车建设运营经验与启示

Experience and Inspiration from Construction and Operation of Melbourne’s Tram

墨尔本拥有历史悠久且规模较大的有轨电车系统,其建设运营经验对我国发展现代有轨电车具有较大借鉴意义。从墨尔本有轨电车类型、特征、有轨电车运营监控与管理方式、有轨电车的轨道铺设及站台设计方式等方面分析总结了墨尔本有轨电车发展中存在的问题,并提出我国发展现代有轨电车不能盲目引进国外运营模式和电车技术,需要综合考虑城郊交通发展规划、建设成本、司机培训、系统更新等因素,保证在合理范围内建设和发展有轨电车系统。

Melbourne has a long-established and largest tram system,and its development experience has great reference value for the development of modern trams in China.This paper analyzes and summarizes the existing problems in the development of Melbourne trams by considering the types and characteristics of trams,the monitoring and management methods of trams,the track layout of trams and the design methods of platforms.It is pointed out that the operation modes and technology of foreign modern trams should not been blindly introduced for the development of modern trams in China.It is necessary to comprehensively consider these factors such as suburban traffic development planning,construction costs,driver training,system renewal and so on to ensure that the tram system is constructed and developed within a reasonable range.
