摘要 为适应新时期城市交通发展的需要,从系统分析和功能设计的角度对城市快速路设计进行了探讨。就系统分析而言,快速路的主路和辅路分别属于城市快速和慢速交通系统,通过互通立交、出入口匝道和平面交叉口实现与交通系统内其他道路的交通转换,形成快-快、慢-慢和快-慢转换三组交通转换关系。就功能设计而言,应将快速路视作由快速和慢速交通系统构成的复合型交通通道,根据其在城市骨干道路网中的地位和作用,从设计标准、主路敷设形式、辅路敷设范围、交通转换节点布置,以及公共交通和慢行交通功能复合等方面进行系统设计,以实现其复合交通功能。 From the angles of system analysis and functional design,the design of urban expressway is discussed to meet needs of urban traffic development in the new era.In terms of system analysis,the main road and the side road of the expressway belong to the rapid and the slow motor traffic system respectively.The traffic conversion with other roads is realized through interchanges,entrances and exits,and intersections,forming three groups of traffic conversion,which are fast-fast,slow-slow and fast-slow conversion.In terms of functional design,the expressway should be regarded as a composite traffic passage composed of rapid and slow motor traffic system.According to the position and role of the expressway in the urban arterial road network,system design should be carried out from the design standard,the main road laying form,the side road laying scope,traffic conversion node layout,and function composite of public transport,pedestrian and non-motorized transport to achieve its composite traffic function.
