摘要
为切实提升上海地铁客运管理服务效能,适应智慧地铁背景下智能化客运管理的转变需求,采用问卷调查及现场调研的研究方法,对上海地铁的客运管理业务进行全面梳理、汇总、分析,根据客运业务的重要程度及智能化需求的紧迫程度两个维度进行综合分析,最终在36项基本业务中,筛选归纳出10项较为重要且智能化转变需求较为迫切的客运业务,并以智慧车站为抓手,将智能化业务融入其中,提出建议,提升服务品质。
In order to improve the service efficiency of Shanghai metro passenger transport management and meet the changing demand of intelligent passenger transport management under the background of smart metro,the paper combs,summarizes and analyses the passenger transport management business of Shanghai Metro in an all-round way by means of questionnaires and on-the-spot investigation,and makes a comprehensive analysis according to the two dimensions of the importance of passenger transport business and the urgency of intelligent demand.Finally,among 36 basic services,10 more important and urgent passenger transport services are selected and summarized.With the smart station as the grasp,intellectualized business is integrated into it,and suggestions are put forward to improve service quality.
