中等城市向大城市跨越发展阶段的综合交通规划实践

Comprehensive Transportation Planning Practice During the Stage of Medium-sized City Great-leap-forward Development Toward Big City

地级市是我国新型城镇化可持续发展的核心,其中心城区正处于由中等城市向大城市跨越发展的关键阶段,城市空间尺度和人口规模均将实现较大幅度增长。结合我国地级市城市化发展路径的分析,根据其城市客观规律,以上饶市为例,探索实践与其交通发展相适应的综合交通发展策略及措施。包括重构市域干线路网,整合城乡客运枢纽体系;适当超前规划包括快速路在内的骨干路网;协同电动自行车与其他交通方式协同发展等。

The prefecture level city center is the core of sustainable development under the background of new urbanization in China.At present,this kind city is in the critical stage of medium-sized city toward to big city.Urban spatial scale and population size will achieve a more substantial growth.Based on the analysis of urbanization development path,according to its objective rule of the city,taking the central city of Shangrao as an example to explore the comprehensive transportation development strategy and measures to adapt to the traffic characteristics.Including the reconstruction of urban trunk road network,integration of urban and rural passenger hub system,planning the backbone road network which is consist of expressway in advance,coordinated development of electric bicycles and other transportation modes.
