基于分段积分迭代法对应变力传感器的动态建模 被引量:2

摘要 针对系统辨识法难以获得具有复杂模态特征的应变式力传感器的准确动态模型的问题,提出采用分段积分迭代法建立传感器的动态模型。将传感器动态建模问题转换为模态参数辨识问题,采用分段积分的方法计算模态参数,采用迭代的方式针对性地辨识出传感器复杂模态中的各阶模态参数,据此计算动态模型。实际传感器的建模结果表明:分段积分迭代法相较于系统辨识法更适用于具有复杂模态特征的传感器的动态建模,能够针对性地辨识出能量微小模态和密集模态,从而获得能准确反映传感器丰富模态特征的动态模型,可为其动态特性分析和校正提供更加准确的依据。 To solve the problem that system identification method is difficult to obtain accurate dynamic model for the strain force sensor with complex modal features. The modeling method based on iterative piecewise integration is proposed for establishing the sensor dynamic model. The method transforms sensor dynamic modeling problem into modal parameter identification problem. It uses piecewise integration method to calculate the modal parameters,and adopts iteration method to purposely identify the parameters of each modal of the sensor that has complex modals,accordingly,the dynamic model can be calculated. The modeling results of actual sensor show that the iterative piecewise integration method is more suitable for the dynamic modeling of the sensor that has complex modal features than the system identification method,and can purposely identify the tiny energy modals and dense modals of the sensor;thus,the obtain dynamic model which can accurately reflect rich modal features of sensor;and can provide more accurate basis for the dynamic characteristic analysis and correction of the sensor.
