摘要
通过使用MATLAB软件,设计了四开叉型微针阵列的掩模板图形,并利用仿真和掩模板图形补偿方法,改进了四开叉型微针阵列的掩模板图形,使得制备的四开叉型微针阵列的强度得到增加。采用两次移动X光曝光技术制备了聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)四开叉型微针阵列。利用毛细管现象,制备的四开叉型微针可以提取与血液性质类似的苯胺蓝溶液,验证了该微针阵列可以用来采血。通过将微针刺入聚氨酯薄膜上,测试施加的负荷来进行强度测试,验证了所制备的微针阵列有足够的强度,负荷为0. 4 N/针。
By using MATLAB software,mask pattern of quadruplets-microneedle is designed,and the mask pattern of quadruplets-microneedle is improved by simulation and mask pattern compensation method,so that the strength of the prepared quadruplets-microneedle is increased. PMMA quadruplets-microneedle is prepared by moving X-ray exposure technology twice. By using the capillary phenomenon,the quadruplets-microneedle array can extract the aniline blue solution,because the viscosity of the liquid is similar to that of blood,which proves that the microneedle array can be used for blood extraction. The strength test is carried out by inserting the micro needle into the polyurethane film and testing the applied load. It is verified that the prepared micro-needle array has sufficient strength and the load onto the microneedle is 0. 4 N/needle.
