车载油箱称重仪的设计与实现

Design and implementation of weighing instrument for vehicle fuel tank

摘要 研制了一种新型车载油箱称重仪,油箱重量通过称重传感器感应到后输出与该重量成比例的电信号。经A/D转换后通过485串行口送至CPU进行数据处理,通过倾角传感器对油箱倾斜带来的测量误差进行补偿运算,并将最终结果显示在数码管上,提高了测量结果的准确性。应用结果表明:油箱称重仪计量精度小于0. 1%FS,满足预期设计要求。 A new type of vehicle fuel tank weighing instrument is researched and fabricated. The weight of the fuel tank is sensed by the weighing sensor and output the electrical signal proportional to the weight. After A/D conversion,it is sent to CPU through the 485 serial port for data processing. The measuring error caused by fuel tank tilt is compensated operation by tilt angle sensor,and the final result is displayed on the digital tube,which improves the accuracy of measurement result. The application results show that the metering precision of fuel tank weighing instrument is less than 0. 1 % FS,which meets the expected design requirements.
